The cross-country tracks at the destination Gausta are in varied terrain. Here you will find short circular trails, trails that are light up at night, as well as longer tours that will take you up on the bare mountain.
There are several marked trails in Tessungdalen for cross-country skiing. Roundtrips, a trail that are lit up at the evening, as well as a longer one-way trail for a total of 10 km.

Bring your cross-country skis with Krossobanen cable car and take the 8km round trip in the borderzone of Hardangervidda! Krossobanen, Northern Europe's first cable car, brings you and your skis up to the starting point at Gvepseborg 883 metres above sea level. From here follow signs with "Rundløype Gvepseborg". Please note that this circular trail is not prepared, just marked.
