Vera Lynn – The force´s sweetheart

Vera gave her first public singing performance at the age of seven and released her final album at the age of 100. Songs such as “We’ll Meet Again”, “The White Cliffs of Dover” and “A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square” are just some of the songs she made immortal.

This concert is a musical portrait and a heartfelt tribute to “The Forces’ Sweetheart”.

Now you have the opportunity to experience this wonderful music once again in the main hall at Rjukanhuset. Hilde Norland Gundersen will sing, accompanied by Espen Gjelstad Gundersen on our newly restored Bösendorfer grand piano.

Coffee and light refreshments will be served during the concert.

Welcome!
